GROUP FITNESS WITH GET FHIIT
Get FHIIT Women's ONLY Group Fitness Classes are conducted within the Lifeforce Fitness Centre located 3/38 High Street Wodonga Vic 3690. Get FHIIT is also open to accomodate groups of friends that may wish to start their own group classes, if this is something that interests you please reach out. Get FHIIT is a separate business to Lifeforce but non-gym members are welcomed to utilise Get FHIIT Services including Group Fitness Classes. All Group Fitness Classes are purchased booked via the GymCatch booking App (see link below) Simply download the App or go to the desktop version, create an account, add Get FHIIT as a provider. You can see the current time table live, purchase class packages and passes or book and pay casually.
Lisa is qualified and experienced in the following types of training Metafit, MetaPWR, Functional Circuit Training, Strength Training & Boxing (See below for more in-depth descriptions) Get FHIIT currently offers 4 classes per week. Monday & Thursday 4.30pm Function Circuit. Monday & Thursdays 5.30pm Box FHIIT. These classes are women only, small number (maximum 10) and cater to all fitness levels as Lisa adapts each exercise and movement to each individuals fitness and capabilities. Metafit is a thirty minute ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ (HIIT) bodyweight class. It is designed to boost your metabolism so you continue to burn calories (yes, those pesky ‘excess energy’ (fat) calories we all have and find so hard to shift) for up to 24 hours after the session.
Metafit is suitable for all fitness levels and all age groups as all you need to do is put in YOUR maximum effort.
All of the exercises are simple, functional, and are easy to follow. I will help you make each exercise harder or easier to ensure you get the maximum benefit from each workout. You will get far greater results in one of our 30 minute sessions than you would in a 60 min ‘standard’ cardio class or exercise session.
It is recommended to try and not bring the kids as its always beneficial as you will not be distracted but if you must bring the cherubs along, please keep in mind that there is risks involved in any fitness environment and I want you to enjoy your 30 minutes of Metafit.

FHIIT Circuit uses multiple muscle groups in one exercise. It can be done in sets, HIIT format, working every minute on the minute, AMRAPS, Ladder style or a combination of
MetaPWR is a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.
MetaPWR develops strength and power not from ‘traditional’ gym strength training, but by carefully selecting equipment that will offer both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises. Combining this with plyometric and non-plyometric body weight exercises promotes muscle adaption and growth, heightens your metabolic rate, and helps burn body fat. The use of weighted equipment also helps with bone density.
